CDW Millworks was established in April of 1997 by Chad Wiks and John Bergen. First located in a small 1000 square foot shop in Saskatoon , CDW has moved to a much larger shop on 45-A Street.

The company was incorporated in January of 2001 and currently employs four full-time staff members and one part-time staff member. Specializing in custom cabinetry and millwork, CDW Millworks creates a variety of top quality, affordable products including:

- kitchen and bathroom cabinets
- railings, as well as glass etching.
- wall units and mantles.
- closet organizers
